Inherfreedom
First Monday of every month
“Giving your body and breath the space to create inner freedom.”
One hour to place it all down: everything you're carrying, consuming and desiring. And come back to yourself.
Monday 2 November · 8pm London (GMT) · Online
What this is
Everything you're holding, finally space to release.
For one short, beautiful moment, you place it all down. No introductions. No performing. No sharing your private inner world, unless you want to.
Just permission. To meet yourself exactly where you are, being exactly who you are, and to let your needs and desires matter again.
One session at a time.
My intention for this monthly breathwork is for it to feel like opening a page of your journal. When you get everything onto paper, you intimately connect with what's taking up space within you and bursting to get out. It's private, it's warm, it feels safe. And when you leave the session, it's like closing the journal. You feel lighter, a sense of relief, and on even the most subtle level, a little freer.
The breath
This style of breathwork comes from the lineage of Breathwork Mastery (RBM). It's a gentle, parasympathetic practice that lets you tune into what is happening in your body and breath, and allows you to release or integrate. It's a way to learn to use your intentions, your body and your breath as a creative tool for yourself and your life.
This shorter style of breathwork is for releasing and unwinding what you are holding right now. Over time, it gives you room within yourself to get clear on what you need, and empowers you to begin living the way you intend.
5 min · Grounding and attunement
15 min · Intention setting
Arrive as you are. Settle in and notice what you've carried into the room tonight. Time to get in touch with the intention you want to bring into the breath.
Guided breathwork, lying down. Release what's ready to go. Integrate what's ready to stay.
15 min · Debrief
Pen to paper. Get in touch with what happened in your session and connect it back to your intention. Simply be with what is, with space to get clear and inspired.
Up to 30 minutes afterwards. Stay if you want to, leave if you need to.
For monthly members. If Monday night gets away from you, the session is waiting.
A journal, a pen, earphones, and somewhere warm to lie down: your bed, your couch, your yoga mat.
However you arrive, tired, tender, restless or blank, excited, intrigued, ready, there's room for all of it.
Many women arrive overwhelmed, exhausted, flat, feeling 'meh' or stuck. Some are already self-aware, with a clear understanding of their patterns, and are ready to create change. Others are already on their path and ready to uplevel or expand.
Every woman is welcome. There is no hierarchy and no comparison, simply a place to arrive as you are, begin to truly meet yourself on a deeper level, and nurture your most important relationship: the one you have with yourself.
No performance. No pretence.
Just breath, body and being.
Who holds this space
I created Inherfreedom as a space for myself and other women to be together in all of the wonder, beauty and messiness. To place it all down and come back to the magic of our breath and our bodies.
Beneath the crazy and the chaos is everything we need to truly meet ourselves, take the pressure off, and simply be with what is.
Accredited Breathwork Mastery practitioner. I trained with The School of Breathwork, completing the two-year International Certificate in Breathwork Mastery (ICIBM): an intensive, self-mastery-led training in the gentle, parasympathetic method developed by Alakh Analda.
Breathwork is a self-awareness practice. We breathe consciously in and out through the nose, and work with intentions that activate sensations in the body. Those sensations show us what's really going on beneath the thinking mind, and over time they can lead us towards resolution. As we say in Breathwork Mastery, what happens in our breath is happening in life. It reveals the blocks and edges we didn't know were there, and helps us create from within rather than from external pressure.
Yes. I guide you through every breath. You don't need any experience, and there's nothing to get right.
Somewhere quiet where you can lie down, like your bed, couch or a mat. Bring a blanket, a journal and a pen, and headphones if you like. You'll join on Zoom.
All interruptions are welcome. Life is busy and happening all around us, so if pets want to join you or children can't sleep, they can be in the room with you. If a small baby is with you, you may fall asleep, so please follow safe sleep guidance.
This style of breathwork is gentle, and because it's a short breathe you won't go into a deep process. During breathwork you can feel anything on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level. Your own psyche (your soul, mind and spirit) leads your experience and will only let you feel what is safe for you. When you're new to breathwork you may not feel much, or you may think "nothing is happening". In breathwork we know something is always happening, even on the most subtle level.
Please read my Terms and Conditions before you book, and email me if you're unsure.
Monthly members get the replay for 7 days after each session, so if you can't always make Monday nights, the monthly option is for you.
